Itinerary / Quotation

• The above is just a quotation and no reservation has been processed at the time of this request. The quote would be revised in case of any change in the package requirements. Rates quoted are subject to verification at the time of definite booking.
• The pictures have been sourced from multiple third-party sources. Fly Goldfinch does not assume any responsibility with respect to discrepancies in look and feel of different hotel properties/sightseeing with respect to actual v/s what is displayed on the images. Fly Goldfinch does not own these images and has included them in the quotation for representation purposes to give clients a better idea of the inclusions of their trip.

Flight Booking Policy

• Flight cost and availability are subject to change at time of actual booking.
• Documentation: Original Passport with minimum validity of 06 months at the time returning from the tour with at least three unused/blank visa pages. It will be client’s responsibility to check the validity of your passports.
• Documentation: Clients are required to check that information on their visa matches their valid passport & travel itinerary, otherwise airline has the right to deny boarding
• Check-in: Check-in procedures are required to be done by the clients themselves. For international flights, it is not mandatory to do the web-check in, however it is recommended
• Check-in: For many domestic low cost airlines of Europe, there are additional check-in charges if done at the airport. Thus online check-in is recommended
• Amendments: Name changes are not allowed once the booking is confirmed
• No Porter Facility: There will not be porter facility (luggage handling) throughout the tour. The passengers have to handle their own luggage. It’s an individual’s responsibility to take care of own luggage
• Baggage: Passengers having excess baggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly at airport
• Seats: Seat assignments are at the discretion of the airline and may incur additional charges if any preferential seating is required
• Schedule: Fly Goldfinch is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or airline strikes.
• Schedule: Flight timing/schedules are subject to change by the airline. It is the passenger’s responsibility to check for any changes.
• Re-scheduling: Airlines are controlled by DGCA under its policies and as a travel company we do not have any control over refund, rescheduling or amendments.
• Special Requests: Clients with special requests, such as dietary restrictions or Wheel chair assistance, should notify us at the time of booking. We shall communicate special requests to the airline, but fulfillment is subject to the airline’s policies and availability.
• Code-sharing airlines: Flights may be operated by code-share partners. Passengers should be aware of the operating carrier and its policies.
• Boarding Issues: Fly Goldfinch is not responsible for denied boarding due to late arrival, overbooked flights or non-compliance with airline policies.

Accommodation / Hotel Booking Policy

• Confirmation: All hotel bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel, which might require 24-48 hours (excluding weekend) post payment
• Check-in time: Standard Check-in time at any hotel worldwide is 2 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in is purely subject to availability and hotel’s discretion
• Security Deposit: Hotels reserve the right to take a security deposit at the time of check-in either in cash or via card. This security deposit is refunded back (instant in case of cash and 7-15 working days in case of card) after settlement of all charges at the time of check-out
• Breakfast Policy: In-case the rooms are booked with breakfast, then the breakfast will be served the morning after you spend the 1st checked-in night at Hotel. For example: If your booking is from 1st Jan to 2nd Jan, then the breakfast will be served on 2nd Jan morning only
• Early Breakfast: In case of early flight departure, you can request the hotel to pack the breakfast. In case the hotel denies packing of breakfast, you need to have breakfast at your own cost
• City Tax: City tax if any levied in European countries, Indonesia, Dubai among others needs to be paid directly at the hotel/country. These charges range from 1$ to 5$ per night (7-12% of room cost) depending on the level of the hotel
• Special Requests: Any special request such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king size / 1 double bed, early check-in, late check-out, non/smoking room, etc. is subject to availability upon check-in of the guest and is at the hotel’s discretion. We will request this for you on priority, but it cannot be guaranteed
• Mismatch of Expectation: No refund shall be provided if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations
• No Show: No refund for accommodation will be given for no-show or changes in schedule due to cancellation of flight/ferry due to technical/weather conditions
• Early check-out: No refund will be made for any unused accommodation nights or early-check out

Visa

• Visa assistance: Fly Goldfinch provides visa assistance services to help clients with the visa application process. The service includes guidance on required documents, filling out application forms, and submission of the application to the appropriate authorities.
• Visa Authority: Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. Fly Goldfinch does not guarantee visa approval and is not responsible for any delays, rejections, or changes in visa policies by the issuing authorities.
• Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete documents required for the visa application. Fly Goldfinch is not liable for any delays or rejections resulting from incomplete or inaccurate documentation provided by the client.
• Visa Charges: Visa documentation and processing cannot be started unless the visa service fee has been received. Visa appointment & submission cannot be done unless the Visa charges have been received
• Non-refundable: Visa service fees are non-refundable once the application process has commenced. Even in the case of visa rejection, visa fees & service charges would not be refunded
• Confidentiality: Fly Goldfinch will handle client information with confidentiality and in accordance with its privacy policy. Client information may be shared with visa processing agent, embassies or consulates as necessary for visa processing.

Sightseeing & Activities

• Itinerary Schedule: Fly Goldfinch reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or inclusions due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons. Clients will be informed of any significant changes. Fly Goldfinch reserves the right to modify the sites visited, the order of the visits on certain days or the stages of the itineraries
• Weather related issues: In-case of cancellation of any activity or sightseeing due to weather or circumstances beyond control, refunds would be made as per invoice raised by vendors to Fly Goldfinch or amount mentioned before-hand
• Min. Criteria: Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any physical or health requirements for the tour, activity, or sightseeing.
• Transportation: Transportation provided during the itinerary is sourced through third party and may be subject to car failures, delays or accidents. Fly Goldfinch cannot be held liable for the same, but at the same time the company would try to arrange for an alternate if possible at the same cost
• Modification: Dated activities or activities with a specified time slot cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled

Self-Drive

• Similar Cars: Car Rental companies reserves the right to offer similar category vehicles, in case the actual booked vehicle is not available. This is beyond the control of Fly Goldfinch
• Car inspection: Clients are advised to inspect the rented vehicle for any pre-existing damage and report it to car rental company before leaving the rental location. Clients are responsible for any new damage or loss to the vehicle during the rental period.
• Driving Licenses: It is mandatory to have a hard copy of valid driving license: Indian or International as per the law.
• International Driving Permit (IDP): Some countries do not accept Indian license for the purpose of renting a self-drive car, so clients are required to apply for an International Driving Permit (IDP) and carry the same with them
• Credit Card: It is mandatory to provide a credit card under the Car renter’s name at the time of pick up to the car rental copy. Car Rental company’s do not accept Debit Cards in many countries
• 2 credit cards are required under the renter’s name if luxury cars like BMW are rented
• Security Deposit: Car Rental company charges security deposit from client’s credit card, which would be refunded after 15-30 days upon the end of car rental period, after deduction of any additional charges. The security deposit & refund is beyond the control of Fly Goldfinch and has to be managed by the client
• Car Insurance: Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental rate. Additional insurance options may be available for purchase. Clients are responsible for understanding the terms and coverage of the insurance policy.
• Traffic Rules: In case of self-drive itinerary, following traffic rules is compulsory and if not adhered to, the rental company has the right to cancel the booking and will not provide any refunds for the same
• Challans: Any Challan/Infringement fee incurred during the self-drive itinerary has to be borne by the client. In case the Car rental company charges Trawish Private Limited (Fly Goldfinch) accounts, then we reserve the right to charge the same from the client
• Fuel Policy: The vehicle should be returned with the same level of fuel as when it was rented. Clients who return the vehicle with less fuel may be charged for the missing fuel
• Ancillary Charges: All parking, fuel and toll charges needs to be paid directly by the client
• Cleanliness: Clients are expected to return the vehicle in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, stains, or odors may result in additional cleaning fees.

Cruise

• Booking and Room rates are subject to availability and confirmation from the cruise, which might require 24-24 hours (excluding weekend) post payment
• All cruise liners worldwide apply gratuity to be paid at the time of check-in and is compulsory

Payment Policy

• At the time of booking, you will be required to make an advance token payment of 15% of the land package per person. You will be required to make full payment for your booking if the booking is under non-refundable basis.
• If your booking included International or Domestic Flights, you are required to make complete payment for the flight bookings. Partial payment against Flight booking is not accepted.
• If you only pay a deposit you must pay the full balance by the due date notified to you.
• Payment Method: UPI, Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), Cheque Deposit, Credit Card Gateway(Additional Surcharge Applicable)
• A Credit/Debit card payment link can be generated for the payment, however additional surcharge of 1.5% of the total amount will be applicable for Visa & Mastercard. For American Express, Diners & other cards, a surcharge of 3.5% is applicable.
• International Cards are not accepted.
• In case the payment is not received as per the schedule, your booking will be forfeited and no refund would be made

Refunds

• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• For all forms of inland transportation such as inland flights, trains, ferries, and buses – all services are non-refundable and non-amendable. Official attraction tickets such as the Eiffel Tower, Louvre museum, etc. once purchased are also non-refundable. Once purchased no refunds will be applicable for any of these services and these cannot be amended in any form either.

Agreement

• It is mandatory that you carefully read, understand and accept all the Service Terms shared with you before making your first payment. Your decision to make the first payment to us implies you have been provided with a copy of our service terms. That you have read and understood these terms, and agree to the same assuming full responsibility.
• Any dispute arising out of such use of the website or services offered by Fly Goldfinch or any other conflict, whatsoever, is subject to the laws of India and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
