1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Fly Goldfinch website and the travel services we arrange. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered

Fly Goldfinch curates international tour packages, MICE events, flight and hotel bookings, and visa assistance for travellers across India. We act as an intermediary between you and the actual service providers (airlines, hotels, local operators).

3. Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only once the required deposit or full payment has been received and we issue a written confirmation. Prices quoted are valid only until the booking window stated at the time of quoting.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment, or a non-refundable deposit as specified, is required to confirm a booking. Payments are processed via our secure payment gateway. Any currency conversion or bank charges are the traveller’s responsibility.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which should be read together with these terms. Refund timelines depend on the service provider’s own policies.

6. Travel Documents & Compliance

The traveller is responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination records where required). Fly Goldfinch can assist with visa processing but cannot guarantee visa approval, which is at the discretion of the respective authority.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fly Goldfinch’s liability is limited to the services we directly provide. We are not liable for acts of God, political disturbances, airline or hotel-side cancellations, delays, or any consequential losses. We strongly recommend all travellers purchase travel insurance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
